Korean Air has announced it launch new flights to Macau this summer.

From July 1, Korean Air will start daily flights between Seoul-Incheon and Macau. According to aeroroutes, the Skyteam member airline will use Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route.

The new route to Macau will mark Korean Air's return to the Macau Special Administrative Region. The airline previously operated flights to Macau in the late 1990s.

With its proximity to Hong Kong, the new service to Macau will add to the airline's flights to Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Korean Air currently operates five daily flights between Incheon and Hong Kong.

Korean Air will be the third airline to operate flights between Incheon and Macau. South Korean budget carriers Jeju Air and Jin Air, along with Air Macau offers flights on the route.
